In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we are carrying out critical disaster recovery simulation and testing of our systems. During this maintenance period GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining customers on our new platform will be unable to create accounts/licenses, change passwords or make any other account/profile changes. Customers starting and joining sessions via our desktop software will not be impacted, but attendees using our web client in Chrome will have to dial in as VoIP will be unavailable. When dialing in by Telephone, the audio PIN features will not be functioning (mute/unmute, who is speaking, etc).

We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
