OpenVoice Web Controls Unavailable - 7-digit conference IDs only

A fix was deployed last night and Web Control features should be restored for all customers. We've tested and confirmed this feature is 100% operational at this time.

We've identified a persisting issue with some customers accessing the OpenVoice web controls from their portal. This only impacts customers that have a 7-digit conference ID. Moderators will be unable to control conference via OpenVoice Portal (i.e.: view list of participants, record and stop recording via web-controls. Recording with *7 command is unaffected).

We sincerely apologize to those affected and we assure you that our development team should have a permanent fix available within 24-48 hours.
