Some OpenVoice Customers Unable to Join Conferences

On November 5th, 2014, OpenVoice Customers may have intermittently experienced a fast dial tone or dead air after entering their conference ID. This issue was resolved shortly after a problem was identified in one of our data centers.

We are 100% Operational at this time and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this event may have caused.
