Scheduled
This Saturday night February 18th at 6:00 pm PST (Sunday 19th 2:00 am UTC), we will change the display format for phone numbers used by GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining, and OpenVoice. This will affect participants hosting or joining VoIP conferences using these services during this time.

Toll Phone Number Format Display Update: Customers will see a different display format for the following 9 country toll numbers. We are removing the (0) from the phone number. Phone numbers for the other countries are correct and do not require updating. This is in response to customer requests for mobile and soft phones to be able to automatically dial our phone numbers. Customers will now be able to click the phone number link displayed on an invitation email and have their mobile or soft phone automatically dial the phone number.

Germany Toll and Japan Toll-Free Format Changes: We are also adding new German toll and Japanese toll-free phone numbers.
• We will now support German toll phone numbers with 12 digits (not including country code and 0 prefix). Example number shown below
+49 69 5880 7802 74

• We will now support Japanese Toll Free numbers with 10 digits (not including country code and 0 prefix). Example numbers shown below
0066 33 813 268

Customer Impact: This will impact computer audio callers trying to join a session during this time. It will not affect computer audio and telephone calls already in progress.

We appreciate your patience during this short maintenance and hope you will enjoy the benefit of this update.
