A small subset of GoToMeeting/Webinar/Training and OpenVoice customers would have had a degraded experience with audio. The symptoms would have included delayed join times, a 30-60 second silence, or a dropped phone call necessitating dialing in again. The issue began at approximately 4:36 PM UTC on Oct 31, 2018 and was resolved at the same day at approximately at 8:12 PM UTC. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
