As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToWebinar and GoToStage will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time:
September 16th, 2019, 04:00 AM to 04:30 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 30 minute maintenance window.

What to expect: Any customers who are utilizing the GoToWebinar or GoToStage interface will experience a 15 minute window of downtime in the following features:
• Simulated Live (Recorded) – Polls and Q&A results will not be recorded during downtime.
• Simulated Live (Recorded) – Will continue to play if someone is already watching, but a new attendee
attempting to start during an outage will be unable to.
• G2W Video Push feature will not function
• GoToStage will be unavailable
• Transcriptions that are attempted to be started or complete during the downtime will be unavailable and
require a regeneration.
• Notifications in the new GoToWebinar Organizer
• Post Login UI will not be available
