GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining - Users unable to view dashboards or start new sessions

On 08/06/2022, from 13:05 until 13:47 UTC, a subset of GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining customers may have been unable to view their dashboard or start new sessions and register for new webinars. Additionally, GoToTraining users may have been unable to view their upcoming or scheduled training. In-flight sessions were not affected.

We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimise future recurrence.
