As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining and OpenVoice will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: Oct 24 2020, 02:00 AM to Oct 24 2020, 06:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4 hour maintenance window.

Expected Downtime : 10 minutes

What to expect: At any point in time during the maintenance window, customers using PSTN to access GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining and OpenVoice could be disconnected from their in-flight sessions and need to re-dial to connect again. This maintenance will not impact customers using VoIP services for audio to access GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining.

To avoid impact to your service, we recommend you schedule your GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining and OpenVoice sessions at a time outside the maintenance window and also reschedule previously scheduled sessions for a seamless experience.
