Busy Signal Calling Certain Numbers

Resolved
A service disruption with an external carrier caused busy signals to be heard when trying to call certain OpenVoice phone numbers from appx. 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Eastern US.

We were able to re-route calls around the problems and service is now fully resolved.
