GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining and OpenVoice - Unable to start or join sessions intermittently

On 10/23/2021, from 06:21 AM UTC until 06:39 AM UTC, few GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining and OpenVoice users would have experienced issues intermittently when trying to join or start new sessions. In-flight sessions were working as expected.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
