From 12:00PM UTC until 1:35PM UTC, few customers using GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar would not have been able to use online recording functionality. Any ongoing recordings that were started previously would not have been impacted. However, they would not have been able to pause or unpause during this period.
Our engineers have fixed this and the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
