A small subset of customers using GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining and OpenVoice may have had issues establishing Audio in their conferences. The issue began on 5/12/2019, from 1:57 until 5/13/2019 14:37 UTC. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
