As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToTraining will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: July 31, 2021, 5:00 AM UTC to 9:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4 hour maintenance window.

What to expect: At some point during the maintenance window, users may not be able to start or join GoToTraining sessions for a period of 10 minutes. In-flight sessions will remain unaffected, however, during the downtime attendees won’t be able to join the GoToTraining sessions that are in progress.

To avoid impact to your service, we recommend you schedule GoToTraining sessions for a time outside the planned maintenance window.
