As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time:
February 08 2020, 04:30 AM to 10:30 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: 0-30 minute possible downtime for the products.

What to expect: Anytime during the maintenance window, users may not be able to start or join GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining sessions for 30 minutes. In-flight sessions will not be affected.

To avoid impact to your service, we recommend you schedule GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining sessions for a time outside the planned testing windows and move any scheduled sessions outside of the testing windows as well.
