On 01/22/2021, between 16:10 and 17:26 UTC, for a short time, a subset of GoToMeeting, GoToTraining and GoToWebinar customers may have had their video disconnected or faced issues while sharing their webcams.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
