Inability to launch or join sessions

Some customers may have been unable to launch or join sessions from approximately 1:00pm to 8:15pm UTC on Saturday 8/23/14. This issue has been resolved and we are 100% operational. Our engineering and operations teams are investigating root cause at this time, and we will communicate the result of that investigation as soon as it is available. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this event has caused you or your customers.
