Some customers may have experienced difficulty managing participants from their OpenVoice portal. They may have been unable to record, use lecture mode, or disconnect participants. This would -not- impact call duration or quality in any way. This only pertains to the tools available on the following page:

This issue was caused by a misconfiguration after unplanned maintenance.
