Identified
We have identified a hardware failure that has caused this issue, and traffic is currently being routed away from the affected systems. Callers that were dropped would have been able to immediately reconnect or switch to VoIP. We will provide an update once the hardware issue is fully addressed.

Investigating
Some customers dialing into GoToWebinar bridges may have experienced a dropped call. Those connected to session via VoIP would not have been affected. We are investigating the cause of this, and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and your customers.
