OpenVoice: Unable to reach conference number 877-273-4202

Resolved

On 3/26/2015 from 1:30 PM PDT to 3:51 PM PDT, we experienced a problem where T-Mobile, Verizon, and Time Warner customers were unable to reach the 877-273-4202 OpenVoice conference number. This was the result of a configuration error within our carrier network. On 3/26/2015 at 3:51 PM PDT, the affected carrier confirmed that a routing change resolved the issue, and services have been fully restored. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused.
