Issue Resolved
On 02/27/2019, from approximately 18:18 until 18:30 UTC, some GoToMeeting customers using the functionality would have experienced a "Service Unavailable" error message when attempting to access this webpage via their browsers. Customers at the time would have been able to work around the issue by instead accessing GoToMeeting via the website or desktop client/endpoint and entering their 9-digit access code.

Our engineers were able to quickly resolve the issue and restart the underlying services to restore access to We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
