GoToWebinar, GoToTraining - Users unable to view dashboard and start/join new sessions

On 01/22/2022, from 06:43 AM UTC until 06:58 AM UTC, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining users would have experienced issues when trying to access the dashboard or start/join new sessions, inflight sessions were not affected.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
