GoToWebinar - Users unable to register or join

On 11/15/2021, from 5:00 PM UTC until 5:39 PM UTC, a small subset of GoToWebinar users would have experienced issues intermittently when trying to join or register for a webinar. In-flight sessions were working as expected.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
