GoToWebinar, GoToMeeting - Issues with the video library

On 03/24/2022, from 16:56:00 UTC until 18:25 UTC, a subset of GoToWebinar and GoToMeeting users would have experienced issues accessing recordings in the video library.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
