As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToWebinar and GoToStage will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time:
April 10 2020, 05:00 AM to 09:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4 hours maintenance window.

What to expect: Anytime during the maintenance window, users may not be able to start or join GoToWebinar and GoToStage sessions for 60 minutes. Schedule or register for the sessions will not work.

To avoid impact to your service, we recommend you schedule GoToWebinar and GoToStage sessions for a time outside the planned testing windows and move any scheduled sessions outside of the testing windows as well.
