GoToWebinar - Issues with joining Simulive session, video uploads & accessing old recordings.

On 01/11/2022, from 10:46 AM UTC until 11:23 AM UTC, GoToWebinar users would have experienced issues when trying to view existing recordings or upload videos. Users also may have faced issues joining simulive sessions.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimise future recurrence.
